Created in 2017, our SMAART Program for transdisciplinary training aims at developing new innovative tools that tackle the extreme challenges of technology implementation and deployment in Northern environments. These tools will enable a better understanding of environmental issues and their impact on the living conditions and health of inhabitants of the far North.
